Then start with the calculator, not the cart. It converts a vial of powder and a volume of water into a concentration, shows its own arithmetic, and tells you how many millilitres you need to order. It will not tell you what dose to take, what schedule to follow, or how to titrate — that is between you and your prescriber, and a website that offers you otherwise is one to close.
That depends on your vial and the concentration you have been told to make, which is exactly what the calculator is for. Put in the amount of powder and the concentration, and it returns the millilitres to draw — and therefore how much water to order. It shows its own arithmetic so you can check it.
Sterile water contains no preservative and is intended to be entered once. Bacteriostatic water contains benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative, which is what allows a vial to be entered more than once. Which one is appropriate for you is a question for whoever prescribed or supplied your medication, not for a shop.
